Overview
At Niko's – The Natural Boutique, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our natural and organic products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
- You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return an eligible item.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging, in the same condition as received.
- To start a return, email us at niko@nikosnaturals.com with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial.
- If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are available for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival.
- Please contact niko@nikosnaturals.com within 7 days of delivery to arrange an exchange for the same item.
Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If your item was damaged or incorrect due to our error, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
Important Note
Due to the nature of handcrafted, personal care products, we cannot accept returns on used items, soaps, teas, or products that have been removed from their original packaging.
