Product Information
Many of our products are created with sensitive skin in mind, using natural ingredients and no synthetic fragrance. That said, everyone’s skin is different, so we always recommend patch testing before using any new product, especially if you have known allergies or sensitivities.
Most products are best used within 6–12 months. Because our formulas are made with natural ingredients and without harsh synthetic preservatives, proper storage matters. Keep products in a cool, dry place and avoid introducing water into jars and balms.
No. Our products are never tested on animals.
No. We do not use synthetic fragrance. Our scent profiles come from essential oils and natural aromatic ingredients. Color, when present, comes from botanicals, clays, oils, or other natural ingredients.
Every Niko’s Naturals product is handcrafted in small batches in Ohio by our founder and formulator, Niko.
Usage & Safety
Store products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, steam, and high heat. Body butters, balms, and salves should not be left in hot cars, direct sun, or bathrooms with heavy humidity.

Orders & Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping times vary by destination and carrier, but most domestic orders arrive within 5–7 business days after processing.
Yes. We offer free shipping on orders over $50. The discount is automatically applied at checkout when your order qualifies.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also check your order status through your customer account.
Returns & Customer Support
We accept returns on unused, unopened items within 14 days of purchase. Because personal care products come into contact with the body, we cannot accept returns on used or opened items. Please review our full Return & Refund Policy for details.
