Returns:

- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds:
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Exchanges:
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at niko@nikosnaturals.com.
Shipping:
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
